X ■ . COURT HOUSE - The Comprehensive Employment Training Advisory Council chaired by Dr John Radavanty met at the County Vocational Career Center here recently. Pat Robertson. Cape May County CETA director, and her staff with Bernice Gordon and Dan Money of the Cape Human Resources Advisory Council represented the County. Robert Tof*. Vocational School' superintendent, welcomed the state officials from Trenton and from Hunterton. Warren. Sussex, and Salem counties to the Career Center on behalf of the Vocational School Board of Education and the County Freeholders. TOFT SPOKE briefly on the difficulties the school is having with funding of current programs. To date the Vocational School Board has received only 15 percent of the training monies due under the Manpower, Youth, and Public Service Employees programs. A remedy to this situation was promised by Dr. Bradshaw. acting director of CETA Balance of State, and Robert Bodine, the chief Trenton official The Balance of State directors beginning with Rescue Squad
Mrs. Robertson gave status reports on the various CETA programs and the consensus was that regular CETA and youth programs and the Private Industry Council programs would continue; for 1981 82 The message as declared by Dick Valentine.
