"There will be a gradual opening of our beaces this year," McCann said. •JUNE 13 WILL see lifeguards on duty on our beaches at the following locations: 32nd, 37th, 54th, 66th, 74th, and 85th Sts.; on June 20, we will post more guards on the beaches at . 34th, 43rd, 50th, 57th, 78th and 89th Sts.,” McCann said. i JUNE 27TH WILL see protected beaches at 28th, 39th, 45th 61st, 70th and 82nd Sts. McCann urged swimmers to use the protected beaches.
