CAPE MAY - The Chosen Few, sparked by the determined play of Bill Lifeguard Tests Set SEA ISLE CITY - It will be 'D' Day June 6 for all new potential lifeguards on the City Beach Patrol, according to an announcement by SICBP Capt. Tom McCann. "We will be holding our annual lifeguard test at 11:30 a.m. on the beach at 44th St ." McCann stated. “There is no preregistration required," McCann said. "Applicants should be at Beach Patrol Headquarters before 11 A M. to fill out the necessary forms. There will be a swimming test given, and successful applicants will be invited to attend the SIC Beach Patrol’s "Rookie School.” This is where we select our lifeguards, McCann said.
