CHEESE & SPINACH PIE 1-9 inch unbaked pie shell 2 slices swiss cheese (7x4) H Cup Chopped Spinach MCup sliced mushrooms 2 teaspoons flour M teaspoon salt 1 Cup chopped ham, chicken, or turkey 3 eggs, beaten 1 Cup half and half K cup shredded Cheddar cheese Place swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust. Sprinkle with spinach, mushrooms and the meat. Mix the remaining ingredients together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degress for 40-45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
