LOWER TWP. — Those who believe there's a great deal of development going on in Cape May County’s largest, fastest growing municipality and that ft’s ail ticky-tacky are only half right. Granted, there's a lot of building going on here — the local Planning Board has to have extra sessions just to keep up with the subdivision requests. But it’s certainly not all cooky cutter-style development. Take, for example, the home of Richard and Arlene MacDonald at the end of Baywood Drive in the Baywood Park development, west of Bayshore Road between North Cape May and Villas. The MacDonalds love the trees and woods that jdst about surround their compact, 10-room home. In tact, the sylvan setting meant so much to them they went beyondAthe typical inclination to cut down most of the trees when they built their home here nine years ago. They actually have a tree growing up thru the roof of their exterior screened deck. 9 Richie, a builder by trade, built his own home, which was designed by his architect-brother James (who also lives in a custom built home compatible
with its surroundings by the farmlands of nearby Cold
