Separation of newspapers and trash will start in early September. This separation obtains solely for newspapers. No magazines will be accepted in the newspaper collection since slick paper is unwantd. The papers must be kept tn a dry container because paper which has been wet cannot be recycled. Higher tipping ; fees would be "difficult to dollarize" said the n/ayor, but the borough must be prepared to expect them. — M’Ellen Rowland
