ANGLESEA, NEW JERSEY ... For the 26th straight year in a row the “Host of the Coast” Ed Zaberer has opened for dining delight once
again.
Ed Zaberer’s famous Anglesea Inn originally opened its’ doors back in 1955. At that time he employed 4 waitresses and a small kitchen staff. Now at the present time he employs alpiost 350 people to operate his business, for the efficiency that so many tens of thousands of seasonal customers require. Ed Zaberer presently lists on his payroll more K ersonnel than are employed in the city where e is located.
What are some of the reasons why
return year after year to this fabulous seashore dining institution? Two of the most important are courtesy and service. This is something that does not happen accidently. Ed Zaberer and His beautiful wife, Ayne, hold
classes weekly.
These classes are conducted with all the

Ed’s personnel are given classes in courtesy, with the emphasis bn attentiveness to the bleeds and desires of each and every customer
that passes through Ed Zaberer’s front door.
One never forgets the Old World, Tiffany and Diamond Jim Brady atmosphere that prevails
throughout this beautiful institution. One glance at the menu offered by Zaberer
and it is no surprise to find out the staggering

amounts _ ^ throughout the season. During the height of the season, a freight car of Idaho potatoes will last only a little over a week. Prime ribs are ordered thru one of the largest packing houses in the mid-^pst, usually on an average of 90,000 pounds at a time. Seafood is brought in fresh daily from the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Lobster also finds its way to Zaberer’s daily from Boston, 300 pounds of lump crabmeat, 1,400 capon breasts, over 1,500 pounds of prime beef, to name just a few statistics, are served
daily at dinner.
