TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR Arthur Henry of Margate said the tournament was established as a non-profit sport fishing event to encourage good fishing and good sportsmanship among the white marlin fishermen along the coast. Henry said the tournament does not require releasing of all marlin caught, but has encouraged the return of all fish not being retained for mounting as trophies. The tournament is conducted annually by the' Jersey Cape Sportfishing Tournament Committee ip'"' cooperation with the County Department of Public Affairs. Fishing houh? for the tournament are 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. each fishing day except on the alternate, when fishing will end at 2 p.m.
