among the muffin halves. Place two triangles of cheese on top of each muffin half. Sprinkle paprika on top. Bake at 400"F. until cheese melts or becomes ' bubbly, about 15 minutes. If you go crabbing and have an excess of crabs, cook and pick the crabs and freeze for a soup or casserole this winter.
