With so many activities going on at the same time, it was felt the later date wobld give more people an opportunity to compete « What the Mall Merchants organization has ih mind is putting up a flagpole on the mail with the American Flag on top and beneath it the Mall Merchants banner with the iosignia of the winning contestant.
