League Memberf Exhibit

CAPE MAY - The an-, nual exhibit of work by members of the Cape May County Art League will opqn with a reception from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the Carriage .House gallery, 1050 Washington St. The show will run ‘through Sept. 3. Refreshments will be served at the opening reception and the public*is invited to'attend, to meet the League members and see their work. FROM MARCH through November the League holds monthly exhibits of works by artists, both local and from outside the county or state. There are oneman shows and group shows included on the yearly schedule; and once'each year the members have their own exhibit at the League gallery, all

members are given an opportunity ' to enter their work in thisbnnual exhibit. Regular gallery houi^ at thb League are ‘from 11 a m. to 4 p.m Tuesdays through Saturdays, 1 to 4 Sundays, and closed Mondays.

Bogart Film CAPE MAY - Humphrey Bogart makes a ure and hilarious comedy appearance in "Stand In”, to be shown 8:15 p.ni. Tuesday, Aug. 4, in Victorian Towers -tiuditorium. The film, made in 1937, is a humorous look at the making of movies in the heyday of Hollywood. Leslie Howard and Joan Blondell are co-stars.
