LORRAINE AND. Stan Penska have owned the Avalon Anchorage for 23 years. The popular facility at 885 21st St., fondly known as Stan’s Yacht Club, has long been a gathering spot fbr local anglers to linger over coffeoor have a good, quick lunch. Stan is an official weightmaster for the Avalon Sport Fishing contest. This year, however, Lorraine is more interested in talking about her family than listening to fish talcs. Daughter Lauren Penska. has just graduated from Middle Township High School and will be going to Rider College, in Trenton, in the fall. DAUGHTER PAMELA, who is not yet 22, got her B.S. degree at Drexel and has completed six months' study towards her masters degree at the same institution. But the biggest news is that Lorraine is busy planning « large wedding for Pam and her fiance, Robert Funk, at St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Glenside, in September.
