AVALON - Failing wind and uncertain weather caused a 24-hour delay in vthe second anhual Hobiecat ^regatta here where a field of 25 cats got under sail Sunday. First place into the 16 ft. class from amohg 17 crafts went*to Kent Gehret and Bob Senst of Philadelphia. Avalon residents. Bill Freeman and Mike DiAngelor placed second and Bill Wetty earned a third. Joyce Ffeidel of Avalon and Mary Higgins of Sea Isle City took fourth while John McKenzie and Don Tohlig of Pa. placed fifth.
