features are the beautifully cared for shrubs and brick ' i walkways that have caught the. fancy of Aiany a meandering photographer — not to mention the enhancing sight of .the ocean as viewed from the sun deck overlooking the family swimming pool. This is evident immediately upon walking in the door. Numerous collectables are elequently displayed throughout hjr 12-room home, Some of her favorites include an 1897 painting over the livingroom entryway, a number of Victorian period furnishings and an old victrola that still operates. While the front rooms are formally furnished and house most of the antiques, the casual family room with its large fireplace, and the sun porch with its built in bar; slate flooring, sliding doors that lead to the popl area and narrow spiral starcase leading to the sun deck, are where you will most likely find /the Pedronis on a cold winter evening or a hot summer day. “The favorite and most used room in this house is the family room,” Pat commented.
