OCEAN CITY - A bdr rage of bands, bathing beauties and babies c<?ni plemented'by 22 floats will be featured at Ocean City's 72nd annual Baby Parade tomorrow. With the Philly Phanatic leading the way. the parade will begin JOn.rn. at 6th St. and Boardwalk and conclude at 12th St. .Ed Hurst, who stars In a nationally syndicated TV . Show from the city’s Music Pier, will be guest of honor along with big band leader William Sackett, also featured at the Pier. OUNGSTERS FROM infants to 10 years of age will compete for prizes. Judges are located by the reviewing stand at the Music Pier.
