Crawly Race
OCEAN CITY - Diapered crawlers will have their day at 10 a.m. Friday when the city’s Recreation Department presents its annual ‘‘Pamper Scamper’’ on the 12th St. Beach. The race is held on a parachute placed on the sand, with babies* placed in the middle of the chute and cajoled to crawl from the center to the edge of the chute and touch the sand. Registration' is at 9 am.
