According to Mr. Keller, an additional 11 per cent was provided in the budget for increased teacher salaries, but for everyone else only 10 per cent was allotted. Somehow the purchase order never made it from the athletic office to the superintendent’s office. The error was discovered only a week before practice was scheduled to begin yesterday, Sept. 1.
