‘Penny Pitchers’ Campaign Dividend By Peoples

ATLANTIC ciTY Guarantee Bank has joined forces with United Way of Atlantic. Cape May. Cumberland and Gloucester Counties for the charity while at the same time helping to collect pennies to ease the penny shortage which has plaqued area businesses.

the campaign will feature collection cannisters and posters urging people to be “Penny Pitchers'' for the United Way. Cannisters will be placed in all Guarantee offices and at selected retail sites. THE BANK HAS agreed to tabulate all funds con-

tributed during the campaign. which will Pun until October, and to make a bonus contribution equal to 10 percent of the monies collected during the campaign The bonus donation will be presented to United Way when it kicks of its annual fall fund raising progra.
