We went to a gourmet dinner and completely musical evening last week. Jessie Strohmetz and her husband, Councilman Harry, gave a nifty party full of Music, Music, Music. In addition to the usual orchestra comprised of Ray DeLaurentis. Paul\ Scarlett and our host was Jessie Stromhmetz wht> is very accomplished on‘the organ. Marcello Del^aurentls and Bara Brady took turns leadng the sing-along and everybody joined in enthusiastically. There was a new voice in the chorus, Bob Yoemans; and Frank ^ Ramsay is the Pavarotti of thejjop songs without ques-

tion.

Maybe it was thp*organ that made the difference but the request weren’t just old standbw4i there was lots of Stephen Foster and lots of hymns. The Strohmetz’s home is a gem with a hugtf curved deck surrounded by fall flowers in bloom. Another of Jessie’s talents is in-

terior decoration.
