Tavern owners support the community in many ways: * Contributions to apzens of civic organizations. * Donations for fundraising raffles. * Dues-paying membership in civic, social and' fraternal organizotibns. * Support for school, church, sports and other community groups such as the Rescue Squad and Police Benevolent Association.

Many citizens do not know that present tavern closing hours were set two years ago by Towpship Committee at the .request of the Police. Taverns now close in winter at 3 a.m. Only during busy summer hours'when tourists visit here only then are closing hours extended to 5 a.m. AND EVEN THEN NO PATRONS MAY BE A6MIHED AFTER 3 a m. These hours work. Patrons have two hours fo,leave, from 3 to 5 o.m. That's better than having hundreds of people leaving all at the same time. Don't change these hours and create a new problem, .t

Vote AGAINST change. Vote to hold down taxes. Vote to save jobs.
