Election Violation?
CAPE MAY - Cape May City Deniocratic leader Firman Loree has filed a complaint with the County Board of Elections teharging that oh'election day two Republican challengers and an election board judge violated election statures which prohibit loitering within 100 ft. of an election poll. This is the first charge of violation filed with the county board this year. According to Board of Election registrar Mary Kalbach. the Board will probably review the charges at it s December meeting and determine if
additional hearings or further action should be taken. "The charges Mr. Loree has made are not a State violation" she said. "No penalty can be imposed." The registrar added that if the board determines that statute violations did occur letters of reprimand may be forwarded to the offenders.
