ATLANTIC CITY .- Atlantic Electric has been named the’ EIectric Utility of the Year for 1981 by the Electric Light A Power Magazine. (EL&P) Company President John I). Feehan accepted the award during a press conference at the Customer Service Center in Pleasantville. “Although we have always been proud of our company’s reputation in South Jersey, receiving national recognition is particularly rewarding since the SL&P Award has boon one of Atlantic Electric’s long range goals,’’-Feehan said. THE AWARD is presented annually to the company EI.&P judges to show'the best performance during the previous year on behalf of its customers, shareholders and employees. This . designation authorizes the chamber to serve as a central location where the county small business community may obtain information, publications, management training and ‘ counseling services provided through the Small Business Administration.
