SEA ISLE CITY - The city’s recycling program is getting into full swing, according to city Recycling Program co-ordinator William. Wilkin. "Starting Mdnday, Dec. 7, regular twice monthly collections of re-cycleable materials will be made throughout the city,’.' he said. THE REGULAR collections will be made on the second and fourth Mondays and Tuesdays. On the Monday collection days, the area from 1st Street to 53d will be collected, and the Tuesday collection days will cover the area from 54th to 93d Streets. Wilkin asked residents to tie newspapers in bundles, place glass bottles and jars in one cpjitairier and aluminum Cans »and containers in another, and place them at curbside.
