SUGAR PLUM FAIRY, in Ike person of Phyllis Papa, will be one of the dancing delights as the Atlantic City Ballet present* the second actlbf Tchaikovsky's traditional Christmas ballet. ''THe Nutcracker." 2 and 7 p.m. Dec. 18 and 20 in Walter E. Edge Hall on Mays Landing campus of Atlantic Community College. Papa, artistic director of ballet, choreographed production, which includes 35 dancers and children from six area dance schools.
