PAUL ANDRUS, director of the city's Office of Community Development which is responsible for handling the program, has indicated the city has less than three weeks remaining to obtain the remaining $700,000 in work proposals from property owners. According to Michael Zumpino, the city’s Community and Economic Development consultant, the Dept, of Housing and Urban Development is likely to establish a cutoff date of Dec. 20 for all loan requests. - All property owners who ‘haven’t submitted an expression of interest in the program or who require additional Informkticn are urged to contact the'Office of Community Development at 884-8411. MAYS LANDING Three culinary educators and a pastry-baking supervisor were approved by the Atlantic Community College Board of Trustees to join the staff of the college's Academy of Culinary Arts. Culinary Educators Klaus Muller and Ron R. Mitchell will begin their teaching duties at the ACA Dec. 16. Pastry/Baking Supervisor George McNeill joins the ACA effective Jpn. 4 and CulinOTy Educator Nicholas Cerbone begins Jan. 18.
