COURT HOUSE - Mid die Township Democratic Leader and former Freeholder candidate Charles Leusner has announced that he will seek the Democratic nomination for Township Committee. Ceusner, who dives here, will be seeking the seat now held by Middle Township Mayor S^m DeVico. who has decided not to sei*k re-\ election. Mr. DeVico, Mayor for the past six years, will have completed 21 years on the local governing body when his term expires Dec.
