EVEN A COLD wind* pouldn't chill the festive mood in North Cape May on Saturday night, where there was plenty of excitment and holiday cheer when the first annual Christmas f^arade sponsored by the Lower r Township Rotary Club made its way down . Bayshore Rd. And judging from the ' large crowd and comments buzzing around, it appears the event — which for 16 years had been held in .West Cape May — was a success. The parade, marching along Bayshore Rd. from the Breakwater Plaza to the North Cape May Shopping Center, offered something for everybody — floats, bands, fire engines, clowns, animaU and, of course, Santa Claus.
