Det. Walt Szymanski, who handled the investigation. said the arrest was made Dec. 2 after an extensive investigation. Taken at the Fotomat were three home video cassette movies while cash was. taken from the diner. The Fotomat break in was discovered by Ptl. Dave Tompkinson on routine patrol shortly before midnight on the 30th. According to Szymanski, the property from Fotomat was recovered.
