Honors Paid Augustine VILLAS — An overwelming testimonial was. given to James "Jim” Augustine at the Lower Township Chamber of Commerce dinner recently. The evening was almost entirely devoted to the ac ; colades given to Augustine, once the installation of officers was over. The chamber nfmied its newest annual award, Citizen of thd Year, after Augustine and he was the first recipient. FREEHOLDER Gerald Thornton made a special presentation, a bronzed bafceball cap on a plaque, on behalf of the Freeholders. Other presentations were made by Lowei- Township Mayor Thomas Clydesdale, Committeeman Jack Moran, Cape May Councilman Harry Gilbert and Ocean City Councilman Jack Jones.
