The property is located in an R-2 zonp where minimum lot size requirements are 75 x 100 ft. Under the' new zoning ordinance's R-2 provisions 170 lots are permitted. THE MAUD Abrams School chorus has been hard at work the last few weeks preparing for their Christmas concert. Under the direction of Marmie Garrison, and accdlmpanied by Linda Seager, the students will perform a wide range of seasonal selections. As a special treat the teachers are getting together to sing their version of White Christmas.
