Council’s New Mayor, President

STONE HAKBOR - Ardtfn W Hand wa6 sworn in as m^yor -during the reorganization meeting of the Borough- Council Mayor Hand previously was Council president and his successor in that post is Eric J. Arenbert. Mr. Hand will fill the unexpired term of retiring Mayor James G Wood. Mr Arenberg has been a councilman since 1964. STONE HARBOR - Herbert L. Hornsby Jr was scheduled yesterday to be named - borough councilman to succeed Arden Hand, who was recently appointed mayor following the resignation of James Wood.
