COURT HOUSE - In one of the firbt acts after being sworn in as a member of the Middle Township Com mittee. newly elected Michael Voll. who will head Public Safety, moved to appoint* five patrolmen to the rank of corporal. Voll. a member of the Wildwood Pofice Department, also appointed Bruce Gorman of the law firm of Gorman and Goodkin as township prosecutor. The police promotions will bring no increase in salary, but are given to senior officers as a way Of providing incentive, Voll

Students will be scheduled for half hour sessions with the librarian to go over'Ilje most productive sources on their particular topic, the bvallability of current magazine articles, pamphlets or historical data.
