decorations.

“The halls are not cheerful,” he said.“(Mirer schools I’ve been in are

cheerful.”

commented she would like to see more trash receptacles in the student smok ing area. “THE KIDS should police the area,” she said, adding that school personnel shouldn’t be required to clean-up cigarette butts thrown on the ground. MacDonald remainded board members and administrators that the Smoking area is a "privilege" and if misused will have to be revoked.
