Young Rider Wins Honor AVALON - 1 - Borough resident Tracey , Yarborough, 13, has been notified by officials of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in New York that ,'her point totals in the Henry Bergh Trophy Division placed her 4th in the nation for that division in

1981.

The trophy division is sponsored by the ASPCA in English horse shows throughout the country. The event is open to junior riders 18 years old and under. It is a jumping event with placement awarded for equitation and correctly answering questions involving the sport Tracey and her pony. On the Rocks, ride in the English Circuit of South Jersey. They placed 3rd in that circuit's Pony Htfntor division for 1961 and were ' grand champion in the Hidden Valley Ranch show series in the Novice Hunter division for 1981. Tracey is an Sth.grade student at the Avalon Elementary Schobl. Spring Rec Program CAPE MAY - The City Spring Recreation program will begin Monday, March 29. Pre-registration will be conducted in Convention Hall 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday, March 22 through Friday, March 26.
