The give-away will conclude in time for visitprs to enjoy the "Spring Swing" Surfing Contest, a regional event, hefd at either the 7th or 10th St. Beaches, depen ding on wave conditions. SPONSORED BY the Recreation Department, the contest includes five >• divisions: Boys’ up to 15; * Junior men's, 15 to 18; Men.’s, 18 to 25; Senior Men's, 25 and up. and. Masters, .all division winners excluding Senior Men's. For surfing conditions on the eve or day of contest call 399-8399.
