Volunteers Needed For ‘Wheels’

W CAPE MAY-The Xi Beta Tau Chapter of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority announces new officers for '82* ( 83. They are: president Mary Ann Santo, vice, president Loretta Russel), treasurer t?renda Bland, recording Secretary Cheryl DeScala. corresponding secretary Kathy Williams., extension Officer Micki Merritt, and Cape Executive Coordinating Committee alternate represen tative Karen Sheehan The chapter celebrated the first anniversary of its founding, April 10. During the past year the chapter has supported Crest Havejy^ Nursing Home with dopations of clothing,/hair dryers, curlers, a 'completely equipped portable manicure table and a $200

donation towards-the purchase of a micro-wave oven AT THANKSGIVING it gave three complete turkey dinners to families in need. In the spirit of Christmas giving a $T00 gtoation was made to Edwa^T. Moore to help buy turkeys and small gifts for lesS fortunate families in the area Most recently a "Love Gift" was given to a family in need. And May 8 the chapter members plan to show ^ their support of Childfren's Hospital of PhilaoHpfua by collecting donations for "Daisy Day".

COURT HOUSE - More 'teenagers are driving automobiles today than at any other point in our history They're buying new and used cprs, planning trips, and spending an increased amount of driving time on the roads. As lyng as this situation exists, teens need to bfc prepared for the highway. Wheels is ,a 4-H Automotive Program for teens. It cun be done in individual or group situa- • lions. 4-H will,provide the 4-H project materials including topics such as: £ar Identification, Road Signs.
