Among those being prominently mentioned is James Cafiero. The post is currently held by Wildwood's Charles Henry James, a Democrat, who was appointed during the regime of Gov. Brendan Byrne. The Authority has approved a million dollar survey of Delaware Bay, which is expected to be of great benefit to Cape May county water men, boat men and commercial fishermen.
