OCEAN CITY - Tucker Bobst. Aoolph Dioda and Louis Sloan will return to the city ih April to make selections from work submitted toThe Ninth Annual Juried Show which will be exhibited in the Lower Gallery of The Arts Center for the month of May. Dioda, a sculptor, is currently teaching at The Pen-
