CAPE MAY'S Easter Parade on the promenade in front of Convention Hall was a huge success, hundreds gathered to take part and the judging became so difficult extra cash prizes were added. To Lecture On Safari CAPE MAY - Herbert Beitel will give an illustrated lecture, African Safari, as part of the spring program series given by the County Art League at the gallery in the Carraige House, 1050 Washington St,, 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 27. Beitel, an attorney and Cape May summer resident, is president of the Mid-Atlantic Center for the Arts. He will trace his tour, beginning with views of Rio de Janeiro from the top of Sugar Loaf, to Johannesburg and Cape Town South Africa. The main topic of his program will be the African game runs, and there will be views of Nairobi, Kenya, and Tanzania.
