COURT HOUSE - The Garden Club of Avalon recently sponsored a flower show for the residents of Crest Haven, the county nursing home here. Entries were varied, including arrangements utilizing various types of hats (one was a fire hat) as the base for floral bduquets and dish gardens. There were also many entries consisting of local spring flowers. Judges for the show were Elizabeth Young of Ocean City, Peter Bryden of Stone

Harbor and . Nancy Hudanich of Avalon.
