CAPE MAY - The Jersey Cape Performing Arts Guild has released its schedule of activities for the summer. In its second year of summer activity, the Guild has expanded its

range to include classes and workshops in acting technique and professional touring companies along with their own stage productions. The schedule follows:

‘Dance By Sea’ Back July 5-30

CAPE MAY - South Street Dance Company, Philadelphia's j^emiere modern dance-theater company, will bring Dance By The Sea, its special summer course in modem dance, July 5-30 for the third consecutive year. Daily technique classes on an intermediate level will be followed by workshops in improvisation and choreography. In addition, special workshops will be offered in dance and video. THE COURSE will be taught by Ellen Forman and Evelyn Shepard, with Eva Maier. Ms. Forman has been artistic director of the .dance company since 1974. Since 1978 she has toured nationally with her

solo dance-theater tribute to Isadora Duncan. Ms. Shepard has performed with the Pauline Koner Dance Cohort in New York since 1978, She also performs with theJWetzig Dance Company/ and was formerly with Mary Anthony Dance Theatre MS. MAIER IS a dance and video artist whose works have been presente' at the International Filn and Video Festival at Lincoln Center, at the Chicago Art Institute, and at La Mama For registration, fee, and housing information, contact Marc Freedman, manager.
