In this time of rising real estate taxes, inflation and reduced Federal government benefits, Lower Township needs now, more than ever a local government that .is financially responsible. In order to have a government that is financially responsible Lower Township needs elected officials that are financially responsible. Candidate John Moran recently issued a news release as to his personal finances. An excerpt from the news release reads as follows: "Agreeing that financial disclosure by candidafes running for office is a good idea, committeeman Moran said Sunday he is financially solvent, has no outstanding debts, nor have any court proceedings ever been recorded against me regarding my business. Candidate John Moran when interviewed by the "Herald and Lantern"
stated:
- ' "There hove never been any court judgments or bankruptcy proceedings recorded against my business. Questioned about the statement intensively by "The Lantern" Mr. Moran continued to maintain that he has never had court judgements against him." A recent New Jersey superi^c^ourt ond United States district Court and Cape May County Clerk's office search condOcted against John Moran disclosed the following: Federal Tax Lien filed in Cape May County on October 29, 1981 against John M. Moran in Book 10, Page 312 In the amount of *2,901.23 and Judgment IDJ-07107-81 filed October 23, 1981 In Superior Court by the State of New Jersey against John Moran Individually and trading as Jacks Corner, Inc. In the amount of *12,636.13. Whether or not these liens and judgments are being or have been satisfied is not the issue. What is the issue is that Lower Township does not want or need elected officials with this type of financial background. CHIROPRACTIC FOR BETTER HEALTH
0*. JOSSPH J. KIZZO
Much of the pain and
suffering caused by spinal defects could be avoided by periodic chiropractic checkups. Structural defects of the low back can normally be corrected by chiropractic techniques if discovered early enough. Trouble usually starts with misuse of the back...excessive lifting or
other over-exertion. There may be little or
no actual pain at first. Hie first sign of difficulty is often a "catch” in the
CHIROFWACTOW back or a weakness in the hips or legs. If neglected, spinal defects can
develop to a stage where ,
disability results.
A chiropractic examination often discovers and eliminates spinal defects in the
earliest stages.
