Time Out Dining Guide

The splendors of June! Amen!’ If lime could stop in its tracks for a while, June would be the perfect month to do it. The fields are abloom, the long days & evenings are a pleasure, and the early morning is a song fesl courtesy of the birds The roadside stands are open again and a drive is interspersed with stopping and seeing what’s for sale Makes for an interesting afternoon. Porch life abounds again, with the wicker and the old swing and the plant stands put out once more. The red-’ wood needs a coat of protection and it's right at the top of the list of things to do once there's a spare minute. As June weaves into our lives, there’s plenty of roses and peonies to add color to the month. Local strawberries are in market and cherries are soon to follow. Speaking o/strawberries, did you know there’s a lot you can make with them, including a nice soup. Here’s a menu for June, folks: fresh strawberries and cream, strawberry short cake, strawberry pie. strawberry ice cream and of course, stcawherry soup. Some folks like to gofout inthe fields and pick their own strawberries Makes for a nice family outing. Here, too. are some more ySuggestions for stepping outers:
