Cheese and onion. Blend until almost smooth. Chill covered 2'to 3 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with honeydew, pineapple and pears and apples. MOLDED CUCUMBER SACAD 9 envelopes unflavored gelatin 1/2 Cup boiling water 2 Cups Cottage Cheese I large cucumber, peeled and sliced 1/2 Cup sour cream 1 Phg. cream cheese, softened and cubed 2 slices onion (1/2 inch thick) 1/2 Cup Chopped celery 1/2 Cup chopped walnuts Place gelatin and boiling water in blender;

cover.^ Grind 40 seconds. Add cottage cheese, cucumber, sour cream, cream cheese and onion. Grind 30 seconds longer, stopping motor to push ingredients in blades. Stir in celery and nuts by hand. Pour into a 6 cup mold. Chill until firm. To serve, uhmold onto chilled-lettuce lined plate.
