CHIU CRAB SPREAD S oz. cream cheeie fl oz. crabmeat Sauce' 1/2 Cup.chill tauce I teaspoon horseradish I teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon tabasco sauce I Tablespoon lemon juice I teaspoon grated onion 1/4 teaspoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon salt Prepare sauce .and keep refrigerated Slice well chilled cream cheese In half Drain crab meat and remove any remain Ing shell. Just before serving place crabmeat on top of cream cheese and cover with chili sauce mixture. CI.AM AND CHEESE DIP 1 (7oz) can mlncfd clams 2 (3oz) pkg. erriam cheese 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoon grated onion 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 3 drops tabasco sauce 2 teaspoon lemon Juice I teaspoon chopped parsley Chips or raw vegetables Drain clams and save liquid. So/fen cheese at room tbmperature. Combine all Ingre dients except the potato chips and raw vegetables and liquid from clams; blend into a paste. Gradually add about 1/4 cup clam liquid and beat itntil consistency of whipped cream. Chill Serve with raw vegetables or potato chips Makes about I pint of dip.
