MAPLE CREAM DESSERT 1 envelope unflavored gelatin

\H cup cold water

) package butterscotch flavor morscfii

2 tablespoons sugar f/8 teaspoon salt, I cup s aided milh

1 cup whipped cream

4 lar)fe ice cubes

2 egg'yolhs ! 1/2 teaspoon maple extract Place gelatin fkcold water in blender container Let stnmi 2 to 3 mihutes. Add but terscotch mor&fs, sugar and salt. Pour in hot milk over the mixture; cover. Blend until butterscotch morsels are melted and the mixture is fmooth, about 20 seconds. Add whipping cream, ice cubes, egg yolks and maple extract. 6lend until ice ettbes are melted, about 20 seconds Pour into 6 individual serving dishes. Chill until firm, several hours or overnight. ,

CHEESE CAKE

1 cup graham cracker crumbs 2 tablespoons melted butter

2 tablespoons sugar

2 packages cream cheese

I cup sugar

3 eggs

I teaspoon vanilla I pint sour cream

Grease sides of spring pan. Roll plain graham cracker* around sides. Mix crust ingredients and pat firmly on bottom of pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy add sugar gradually. Add eggs one at a time Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Pour over crumbs. Put in oven 375° and leave for 30 minutes. Then turn off oven and leave in for one hour. Oven must be closed. Serve plain or with fruit topping. Serves 8.
