STONE HARBOR - Through the fourth week of action the Eagles were holding a one and a half game lead in the Lions Club Little League. They won a pair of games last week; first over the Aces 7-5 and then over the Wildcats 10-3. JOHN DUZY picked up both victories for the birds. He went the final two innings in the come from behind victory over the Aces and the first four in the whitewash of the Wildcats Kimmel Schaeffer had the key blow in the fifth inning against the Aces — a two out, two rum

triple to left. Todd Jarose and Boh Cusac provided the offensive punch in the other game with Jarose blasting a home run. IN THE ONLY other game in the rain-shortened week the Panthers’ Howard Derias no-hit the Wildcats in a 20-1 rout. Derias mixed his pitches well and did not a}low a run after some second inning fielding problems gave the cats an unearned tally. Derias got plenty of offensive help with the big blows coming from the bat of Rob Stewart. Stewart went 4 for

5 including a massive home run clout. The stydings

after four weeks are:

KaRlrs 7-1 Panthers 5-2 Wildcats 3-5 . Ace* 0-7
