3/4 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 or. shredded processed American cheese Cook broccoli until tender. Arrange stalks in« greased I2"x7 l/2”x2" baking dish, l^aycr chicken on top .Combine ingredients mayonnaise, lemon juice, and soup. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese, Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

HHOCCOLI PUFF I hunch fresh broccoli, cooked andAhoppod I cup nisqulck 1 cup milk 2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon salt I cup qrated Cheddar cheese Heat oven to 325®. Butter 1 1/2 quart casserole, Cook broccoli, drain and chop. Bent blsquick, milk, eggs, salt until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Pour into casserole. Bake one hour or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serves six.

CR ARM FAT BROCCOLI 6 ounces crabmeat 2 tablespoons Oleo 2 tablespoons flour 1/2 teaspoon salt I cup Half A Half milk 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped pimento 2 tablespoons silvered almonds Melt oleo in small pan; stir in flour and salt; stir in Half and Half. Codk over moderate heat until thickened, stirring constantly, Fold in crab, onion, and pimen to. Arrange broccoli flowerettes around edge of baking disb. Fill center with re-

malnng broccoli pieces and spoon sauce over broccoli in .center of casserole, Sprinkle nuts over tdf>. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes. Serves four.

Drain and rinse under cold water to stop add! tlonal cooking. Place broccoli in a serving diSh, pour the dressing over; sprinkle the top with chopped scallion tops. Chill thoroughly before serving.
