Many people who have severe back trouble have experienced a number of small injuries over a long period of time...things like improper lifting, excessive strain or twisting. Finally, some seemingly harmless activity.. picking a pin off the floor, perhaps...r^ults in a disabling b^ck injury, with great pain. A series of minor abuses of the back may cause and aggrevate a spinal misalignment that
causes little or no pain at first. Like the straw that broke the camel’s back, one-too-many little strains can trigger major back trouble and pain. Periodic chiropractic spinal check-ups can F irevent serious trouble
rom building up.
