COURT HOUSE - The County Park will once again present a concert double-header 2 p.m. Sunday. Aug. 29. featuring the operatic touches of the m Cappelli-Silvain singers, and the military organization of the U.S. Coast Guard Band. The Cappelli-Silvain singers have been in existence for a good number of years, under the •* guidance of Graciela Silvain and Frank Cappelli. Graciela Silvain was the leading coloratura of the Colon Opera Co. of Buenos Aires in her native Agentina. CAPELL1 WAS the leading baritone of the / Philadelphia Opera Co. J They eventually wed, and formed their own company. the Cappelli-Silvain Singers.' The Coast Guard Band will round off the program at 3 p.m. with a selection of military marches. Based at the Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May. the band is currently led by Chief Etheridge, who has been the band's feader for the past four years.
